location: the hotel was close to the beach. we were offered king room with central heating, multi-channel tv and an electronic key card which were very good. we were so impressed with impeccable service that we would stay here again.

a decent base for exploring belleair. the restaurant is popular. in addition, free wi fi was provided.

Our favorite hotel in Belleair, staff was ACCOMMODATING. We appreciated the room, it was good sized. The downtown is within 5 minutes' walk.

Best motel we have stayed in. The property was low-budget. Our room was air-conditioned and very clean. Furthermore, it was great to have Wi-Fi.
